The 16th international specialized exhibition “Chemist's shop” The International Business Medical-pharmaceutical Forum

The company "Euroexpo" and Central Exhibition Complex "Expocentre" combine efforts for the combined holding of two first-rate exhibitions in medical-pharmaceutical subjects - the 16th International Exhibition "Chemist's Shop" and the 18th International Exhibition "Public Health" - consisting of the Russian Public health Week from the 7th to 11th of December, 2009 on the exhibition platform of "Expocentre". A new form of this arrangement will be conductive to increase of productivity of each and every exhibition, becoming powerful impulse to the development of this field, activity inspiration of companies-participants and professional visitors of the exhibitions, what is specially important in the nonstable world economical situation.
During 15 years of its existence "Chemist's shop" shows itself as a unique business platform for pharmaceutical industry. Among 337 companies, taking part in the exhibition in 2008, are famous domestic and foreign producers and distributors of drugs and medical products. This arrangement ensures stably high attendance from year to year - 12 717 professional visitors. "Public Health" is one of the widespread exhibition projects in medical subject in Russia and in European countries. More than 1000 companies from different countries take part in it. Last year total number of visits was 28.343, 94% of which is the part of professional visitors. Thanks to unification of efforts of providers of exhibitions "Chemist's shop" and "Public health" the quantity of professional visitors and exponents will increase.
"Chemist's shop" and "Public health" have rich business programmes. The programme of arrangements of "Chemist's shop" allows respecting the interests of the main groups of the targeted audience - leading experts of fields, introducers, producers and distributors of drugs, workers in the pharmaceutical sphere, practicing physicians and the representatives of the government. The International Business Medical-pharmaceutical Forum is held in the frames of "Chemist's shop". Its main task is to inform the participants of the market in the field of regulation, legislative base, drug management. Medical-pharmaceutical conference will be held in the frames of the forum, which is dedicated to relevant problems and tendencies of the pharmaceutical market of Russia. The representatives of the leading pharmaceutical companies take part in it - producers and distributors of drugs, and also the representatives of the government. Discussions and symposiums of different medical courses with discussion of new methods of treatment with the participation of the head physicians, professorship and also master classes for practicing physicians are included in the forum programme.
Russian public health week includes such widespread arrangements as International Forum "The programme of the public health development of Russia and France till 2012", annual scientific forum "Dentistry 2009" and scientific-practical conference "Modern technologies in dentistry" holding in its frames, scientific forum of sport medicine "Sportmed - 2009".
The arrangements, which are held from 2009 in the frames of Russian public health week, have always deserved support of Ministry of public health and social development of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, Ministry of public health of Moscow region, Federal service for supervision in the sphere of healthcare and social development, Public health department of Moscow and also patronage of Chamber of commerce and industry of the Russian Federation and the Moscow Government.
Every year these exhibition arrangements confirm their status as priority-driven branch-wise show. The union of "Chemist's shop" and "Public health" - two independent exhibitions - as the part of the Russian public health week creates multiplicative effect of the brand new achievements in the field of medicine, pharmacology, pharmacoeconomy and public health.
