DEAR COLLEAGUES!
International congress "Physical and mental health: traditions and innovations" is held in the context of the Annual autumn scientific session of NO "Professional association of naturotherapists" (NO PAN). Outstanding domestic and foreign scientists, public health providers, physicians of the academician and the traditional medicine, pharmaceuticals, manufacturers of the medicine of the vegetative origin, of the homoeopathic remedies, BAA to food and functional food products, the representatives of the insurance companies take part in the Conference. Different forms of participation for manufacturing enterprises and distributors are provided: reports and presentations, satellite symposiums, exhibition stands and other.

Discussed questions: traditional medicine (TM) and religion; the modern aspects of the development of TM as a part of the world system of public health; relevant questions and evidence network of TM - reflexotherapy and manual therapy, osteopathy, homoeopathy, phyto-, apio- and hirudotherapy, bioresonant therapy, traditional diagnostics, traditional oriental medicine; educational activity in the field of TM; traditional (alternative/ complementary) medicine in the system of insurance medicine in the RF and abroad. The participation of the following persons is taken to be: the representatives of religious confessions, which are working on the territory of RF, the members of the Commission on the questions of harmonization of international and inter-confessional relations of the Council on the relations with religious unions under the President of RF, the specialists of the different fields of academician and TM, practicing physicians and pharmaceutists

Discussed questions: the modern development of the concept of appropriate feeding: the interrelation of feed and state of health; safety of food: complex medical biological valuation of food products, received according to new technologies, including genetically modified feeding sources, and also BAA to food; new regulatory system in the field of quality assurance and food safety, including infant food, functional feeding products and BAA to food: protocols on diet-therapy at metabolic syndrome, the diseases of bile-excretory system, gastro-intestinal tract and cardio-vascular system.

Discussed questions: innovations and problems in the development, standardization, preclinical investigations and registration of the medicine of vegetative origin, homoeopathic remedies, BAA to food and functional feeding products; the world experience of clinical investigations of vegetative and homoeopathic preparations from the point of view of the restorative medicine; practical phytotherapy and homoeopathy; efficiency and safety of BAA to food and of functional feeding products; possibilities of their application in the modern clinical practice.
