Dear colleagues!

An official recognition of homeopathy in Russia celebrates its 15th birthday. In whole, it were the years of dynamical development of the homeopathic method of treatment and homeopathic pharmacy in the country. The number of doctors, for which the homeopathy has became a primary activity, increases every year, the assortment of homeopathic preparations extends, the authority of homeopathy among the population and in medical community raises. It has been held four Russian homeopathic congresses that confirmed the faithfulness of Russian homeopathists to the doctrine of Ganeman and the best traditions of domestic homeopathy. The practical homeopathic conferences "Days of the Russian homeopathy", the all-Russian and regional scientificall- are held annually.

In many respects, these positive phenomena have become possible also thanks to the homeopathy support from the Ministry of Health of Russia. Unfortunately, recently, in the position of the Ministry in relation to the homeopathy has began to prevail the negative moments. The homeopathy Coordination Council at the Ministry which for seven years had been a link between the Control Public Health Services and the homeopathic organizations was liquidated without giving any explanations. Also, the Federal scientific clinico-experimental centre of traditional diagnostic methods and treatment was liquidated without giving any explanations; the Centre in the structure of which the Institute of Naturotherapy and Homeopathy had been functioning, for 15 years had been an organizational-methodological core of the Russian homeopathy. In preparation period of the Federal law "On the circulation of medical products" for developers of this extremely important document, and, among them, Minzdravsotsrazvitie of Russia (the Ministry of Health and Social Development), the homeopathic community directed a properly worked through package of proposals the essence of which, in particular, consisted in the necessity of change of existing archaic system of registration of homeopathic preparations giving an obvious advantage to foreign manufacturers. All the offers were completely ignored.

In this situation, having all signs of destabilization of the homeopathy position in the country, the representatives of the Russian homeopathic society, the Russian Homeopathic Association, the Professional Association of Naturotherapists, the Limited Company "Holding ‘EDAS'", the Limited Company "Homeopharma", the Limited Company "Doctor Н" have made a decision on the necessity of consolidation of all the participating forces in the development of domestic homeopathy. For that purpose we have founded the Noncommercial partnership "National Board on Homeopathy".

• We unite our efforts to preserve the existence of officially recognized homeopathic method of treatment and homeopathic pharmacy in Russia.
• We unite our efforts in public health services system to make the equal rights of homeopaths and doctors of other medical profiles established for the purpose of increase of availability of homeopathic medical aid to the population standard. 
• We unite our efforts to improve an education system in the homeopathy qualitative training of the highly skilled experts and make this system be the main objective.
• We unite our efforts to continue work on change of existing system of examination and registration of homeopathic medical products by its harmonization with the system of registration defined by the instructions of the European Union, achieving finally the elimination of discrimination of the home producers.
• We unite our efforts to dynamise the homeopathy development in Russia to overcome the remnants of the sceptical attitude to it from the side of the academic medicine, in any possible way to help the homeopathic method of treatment and homeopathic pharmacy to take a deserved place in the Russian system of public health services.
• We call all homeopathic public associations, organizations, institutions of any form of ownership, drugstores, and manufacturers of homeopathic preparations to enter the membership of the National Board on homeopathy to solve the noble problems efforts of protection and homeopathy development in Russia joint efforts.
• We appeal to the doctors, pharmacists, teachers of The HIGH SCHOOLS, the scientific workers, and all supporters of the homeopathy, who are not organizational united, to render a constant assistance to the activity of the National Board on Homoeopathy, to take an active part in organized actions and events.

Together - we are a big force capable not only to keep and preserve, but also to increase achievements of the previous generations of homeopathists, and to place at the service inexhaustible possibilities of homeopathy in the service of a noble cause of improvement of the Russian population in full.
