At the conference, the president of our Association Tatyana Leonidovna Kiselyova made a plenary report "The demonstrative naturotherapy as an objective reality of the world modern medical practice".

The forum organizers were: the All-Russian social movement "The Medicine stands for the quality of life", the All-Russia Political party "United Russia", the All-Russian association of medical workers. The forum was held under the auspices of the State Duma and the Federal Meeting of the Russian Federation.

The main Forum objective is the consolidation of medicine representatives, a legislative and executive power, and structures of a civil society for introduction into the practical public health services the optimum organizational-methodological forms, methods, and new high technologies aimed to improve the quality of medical aid for population of the Russian Federation in the light of the modernization of public health services.

Within the framework of the Forum there were discussed the following questions:

• The Role of the public medical organizations in the course of planning and management of the public health services system in the light of its modernization.
• The problems of training the qualified personnel in public health services for further quality improvement of medical aid to the population.
• The problems of preventive measures, diagnostics, and treatment of socially significant diseases, and the way of their solution in the light of public health services' modernization.
• The introducing the information into the system of public health services, and perfection of the medical insurance as one of the prior directions of modernization of domestic public health services.
• The introducing of innovative approaches into the development and manufacturing the medical techniques and equipment.

In the solemn opening of the forum there took part the representatives of executive and legislative power, the heads of public health inspection services, the representatives of public organizations from the Russian Federation and the European Union countries.
