At the same time there is no mention in the document how and to whom licenses will be given. There is no division in the standard act between healing help (phytotherapists, osteopathists, homoeopathists) and help producible with the use of occult practice.” Commenting upon brought quotation, NO “Professional Association of Naturotherapists” considers that it is necessary to indicate to terminological mess in the materials allocated in the website. Particularly methods of phytotherapy, osteopathy and homoeopathy in accordance with effectual standard documents of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Development, which referred in the Russian Federation to Traditional Medicine (component part of official medical activity) and have nothing in common with healing. For the realization of medical activity with using of mentioned methods on the territory of the Russian Federation, it is necessary to have Diploma of higher medicinal education, Specialist’s Sertificate in one of the medicinal specialties (including pediatrics) and document of standard pattern of cycle on general improvements (GI) in the context of existing system of additional medicinal education in RF.
