Active components:
liquid extract of cimicifuga racemosa rootstocks (Cimicifuga rhizome) (that is equivalent to 2,4 g. of dried medicinal herbal raw material) 12g.
Auxiliary components: saccharin natrium 2Н2О, peppermint oil, ethanol 96% (о/о), treated water.
Ethanol content: 35.0-40.0% (volume in volume)
Description: transparent liquid of light-brown color with wood aroma. Light precipitation is possible in the process of the storage.
Pharmacotherapeutic group: anti-climacteric remedy of the vegetative origin.

Pharmacological properties:
Klimadinon produces effect similar to estrogen, also produces sedative properties and therapeutic influence on the vegetative nervous system. The application of the preparation is conductive to the weakening or the complete disappearance of the symptoms of indisposition during the climacteric period. Therapeutic effect of Klimadinon is appearing gradually and becomes apparent approximately in 2 weeks of the treatment.
Indications for use:
vegetative and vascular disorders in the period of menopause, pre- and post menopause ("hot flushes", hyperhidrosis, sleep disorder, hyper excitability, changes of mood, apathy and other).
Contra indications: hyper sensibility to the components of the preparation, alcoholism. It is prohibited for patients with estrogen driven tumor.
Carefully: hepar diseases, epilepsy, diseases and traumas of cerebrum (the application of the preparation is possible only after the consultation with the physician).
Application during pregnancy and breast-feeding period: it is not recommended to apply preparation during the period of pregnancy and breast-feeding.
Posology and method of administration: apply orally, by 30 drops 2 times a day at the same time of the day (in the morning and in the evening). The duration of the treatment is indicated by the physician.
Side effects: allergic response is possible. Rarely the aches in the pit of the stomach are possible. The increasing of body weight is possible. Very rarely the feeling of tense in the mammary glands and menstrual-like bleedings are possible.
Overdosage: the information about overdosage and intoxication is not found up to the present time.

Special remarks:
It is not recommended to apply preparation for more than 3 months without consultation of the physician.
The preparation contains 35,0-40,0% of ethanol (volume in volume). It is necessary to stop application of the preparation and to consult a physician in the event of pregnancy. Keep the bottle in the vertical position after application. Drops for oral administration may become turbid during prolong storage, but it does not influence on its efficiency.
Shake the bottle before application!
The preparation does not decrease the ability to drive a car or work with mechanisms, which demand increased attention, if the application is made in recommended dosage.
Form of issue: drops for oral administration, drops are in bottles of dark glass by 50 and 100 ml. with measuring device by drop infusion, with screw lid with resistance ring and dose-measuring cup on the top, it is placed into fold cardboard pack together with prescription.
Storage conditions: keep in dry and shadowed place, at temperature up to 25оС; keep away from children.
Expire date: 3 years. Do not use preparation if the expiry date (month and year) printed on the pack has passed.
