Composition (to 1 pill):
Active components:
Dry extract of cimicifuga racemosa rootstock (Cimicifuga racemosa L.) (contains 20% (6.5мг) of native extract of cimiciguga racemosa rootstock (4,5-8,5:1; extraction fluid ethanol 60% о/о) and lactose monohydrate 58.5%, 19.5% cellulose, 2% silicon dioxide) 32.5 mg.
Auxiliary components: cellulose powder, silicon dioxide finely dispersed, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, silica dioxide, calcium hydrophosphate dihydrate, natrium carboxymethyl starch (type А), methylhydroxypropylcellulose (hydromellose), macrogol 4000, titanium dioxide Е 171, red iron oxide Е 172, yellow iron oxide Е 172.
Description: round double radius pills, coated with pink color membrane with brown tincture, with scoreline on one side.
Pharmacotherapeutic group: anti-climacteric remedy of the vegetative origin.

Pharmacological properties:
Klimadinon produces effect similar to estrogen, also produces sedative properties and therapeutic influence on the vegetative nervous system. The application of the preparation is conductive to the weakening or the complete disappearance of the symptoms of indisposition during the climacteric period. Therapeutic effect of Klimadinon is appearing gradually and becomes apparent approximately in 2 weeks of the treatment.
Indications for use:
vegetative and vascular disorders in the period of menopause, pre- and postmenopause ("hot flushes", hyperhidrosis, sleep disorder, hyper excitability, changes of mood, apathy and other).
Contra indications: hyper sensibility to the components of the preparation, alcoholism. It is prohibited for patients with estrogen driven tumor.
Carefully: hepar diseases, epilepsy, diseases and traumas of cerebrum (the application of the preparation is possible only after the consultation with the physician).
Application during pregnancy and breast-feeding period: it is not recommended to apply preparation during the period of pregnancy and breast-feeding.
Posology and method of administration: apply orally by 1 pill two times a day in the same time (in the morning and in the evening). Swallow tablets without chewing, drinking with small amount of water.
Do not apply preparation more than 3 months without consultation with the specialist.
Side effects: allergic response is possible. Rarely the aches in the pit of the stomach are possible.
Overdosage: complaints on the aches in the pit of the stomach, indicated in the item "Side effects", may be more expressed in cases of overdosage of the Klimadinon Uno. It is necessary to stop application and to consult a physician in this case.

Special remarks:
It is necessary for the patients with pancreatic diabetes to consider the fact, that 1 pill contains 0,01 "bread units" (BU).
The preparation does not decrease the ability to drive a car of work with mechanisms, which demand increased attention, if the application is made in recommended dosage.
It is necessary to consult a physician when it is the disorder of menstrual cycle or renewal of it, or appearing of any other complaints, because it may be referred to the diseases, which demand consultation of the physician.
Form of issur: film tablet coating. It is put by 15 tablets in blister ot the aluminum foil (down side) and membrane of PVC, PE, PVDC (upper side). 4, 6 blisters are put in cardboard pack together with the application instruction.
Storage conditions: keep in dry and shadowed place, at temperature up to 25оС; keep away from children.
Expire date: 2 years. Do not use preparation if the expiry date (month and year) printed on the pack has passed.
