Vitex agnus castus (Agnus castus) 162.0 mg
Caulophyllum thalictroides D4 81 mg
Cyclamen europaeum (Cyclamen) D4 81 mg
Strychnos ignatii (Ignatia) D6 81 mg
Iris versicolor (Iris) D2 162.0 mg
Liliurn lancifolium (Lilium tigrinurn) D3 81 mg
Auxiliary substances: potato starch, magnesium stearate, lactose monohydrate.

Description: round pills of flat-face form, bevelled-edge pill of beige color, granules of light-brown color are possible.

Pharmacotherapeutic group: homoeopathic remedy.

Indications for use:
It is applied as a symptomatic remedy according the recommendation of the physician at the treatment of: premenstrual syndrome (exertion of mammary glands, mental liability, constipations, hypostasis, headaches and migraine); chronic cystic masticator, disorders of the menstrual cycle and/or infertility, because of yellow body insufficiency.

Contra indications: hyper sensibility to the components of the preparation. it is not recommended to apply preparation during the period of pregnancy and breast-feeding. Child age up to 12 years. Mastodynon drops are not applied at the treatment of malignant diseases of mammary glands. Because of lactose content this medicine does not suit for the patients, who suffer from rare hereditary galactose intolerance.

Posology and method of administration: apply by 30 drops 2 times a day (in the morning and in the evening), dissolving with water or any other liquid. Apply Mastodinon up to 3 months, including menstrual cycle. Usually the improvement comes in 6 weeks. It is necessary to continue the therapy if the complaints will appear after the end of application, but only after the consultation with the physician. Preparation is suitable for prolong therapy because of good tolerance.

Side effects: allergic response is possible. Very rarely stomachaches, nausea, some gain in weight, itching eczema, acne and headaches, and also temperate psychomotor excitement, mental confusion and hallucinations, because of Agnus castus content. It is necessary to stop application and to consult a physician in this case.

Interaction with other medication:
The weakening of the action of the preparation is possible at the simultaneous application of dopamine antagonist.

Special remarks:
It is necessary to stop application if there is a pregnancy during the treatment.
The negative influence on the effectiveness of the homoeopathic remedy produces such bad habits as smoking and drinking alcohol.
It is necessary to consult a physician if there are prolong unclear and repeated complaints, because it may be referred to the diseases, which demand the treatment under physician's control.
Form of issue: pills. 20 pills are put in blisters. 3 or 6 blisters are put in the cardboard pack together with the instruction.

Storage conditions: keep in dry and shadowed place, at temperature up to 25оС; keep away from children.

Expire date: 3 years. Do not use preparation if the expiry date (month and year) printed on the pack has passed.
